On December 11 KST, photos and videos purportedly showing Winter and Jungwon on a date surfaced online.
The original poster wrote, “With so many overlapping schedules during the year-end season, it must be convenient for them.”
They also added, “Even after seeing Karina caught dating actor Lee Jae Wook because she wore the same clothes in her video call, did Winter really have to wear the outfit from her challenge video?” suggesting the woman in the photo is Winter based on her outfit.
The post further claimed, “Winter got into a taxi first, and then Yang Jungwon followed,” implying that the two met privately.
Additionally, a short video clip was shared, featuring a man with his face covered by a mask talking on the phone. Viewers speculated that the voice matches Jungwon’s.
The original post has since been deleted.
Given that the claims rely solely on the poster’s assertions without substantial evidence to confirm a romantic relationship, the situation lacks credibility. Attention is now focused on how Winter and Jungwon’s respective agencies, SM Entertainment and HYBE’s Belift Lab, will respond to the dating rumors.
