Winners of the '21st Director's Cut Awards'

On February 24, stars, filmmakers, and producers gathered at Chungmu Art Center in Seoul for the '21st Diretor's Cut Awards', hosted by the Korean Film Directors' Network and the Directors' Guild of Korea. 

On this day, Park Chan Wook's critically-acclaimed 'Decision To Leave' swept up a total of 5 trophies, including 'Director of the Year (Films)', 'Best Actor in a Film', and 'Best Actress in a Film'. However, both director Park Chan Wook and Tang Wei could not attend the ceremony due to overseas filming schedules, and Park Hae Il was unable to attend the ceremony due to a severe cold. Fellow actor Seo Hyun Woo appeared on stage to deliver some remarks from Park Hae Il sent over at the last minute, causing laughter.

In the drama/series categories, original series such as 'Anna' and 'Narco-Saints' took home awards such as 'Best Actress in a Series', 'Director of the Year (Series)', and 'Best Screenplay (Series)'.
