Gearing up for their debut which is set on March 4, 2020, the winning group of Produce 101 Japan - JO1 - has released a series of teasers related to their debut EP 'PROTOSTAR'. These teasers include snippets of the three new songs to be included in the EP, including title track 'INFINITY (無限大)', so that fans can gauge what kind of concept and music that they will showcase for their debut.
Unlike its South Korean counterparts, JO1 is slated to be a permanent group. This is made possible as its 11 members - Mamehara Issei, Kawashiri Ren, Kawanishi Takumi, Ohira Shosei, Tsurubo Shion, Shiroiwa Ruki, Sato Keigo, Kimata Syoya, Kono Junki, Kinjo Sukai, and Yonashiro Sho - are independent contestants without any ties to any other entertainment agencies.
