According to a broadcast affiliate on November 24, Rain has recently finished recording for 'Weekly Idol'.
Celebrating his 15th-anniversary since his official debut this year, this will mark his very first appearance on the idol-based variety program.
He is scheduled to make a comeback on a music program on December 1 with plans to hold a collaborative stage with KBS' 'The Unit' contestants on December 2. Rain will also be greeting fans at his comeback showcase on December 3.

With numerous promotions planned, Rain is looking to participate in more variety shows including JTBC's 'Carefree Travelers'. The episode with Rain on 'Weekly Idol' is slated to air on December 6.
