During his appearance on 'On Joo Wan's Music Show' on August 9, DJ On Joo Wan talked with Samuel about 'Produce 101' season 2 and asked, "You must've become really close (with the trainees) if you filmed for about 4 months. Out of all the hyungs, dongsaengs,�and friends, which member are you the closest with?"�

Samuel answered, "I'm really close with all the members. But the closest hyungs would be Park Ji Hoon and Ong Seong Wu."
