The members were undergoing vocal training when SM vocal trainer Jang Jin Young asked Jeon So Mi, "What is one thing that is most difficult for you to achieve or unable to do?" Jeon So Mi hesitated for a moment and then commented, "I can do it, but I lack confidence so am unable to go forward...I am afraid to shout out loud." Jung Jin Young then asked, "How did that happen?"
She continued, "I debuted as a singer after being a trainee. Even when I was in I.O.I, I was criticized for having a distinct tone thus not being able to blend in with the rest so I lost my confidence."
She then added, "I feel like I have become smaller since being evaluated by the public. I once liked my voice but now I am scared to even sing anymore."
Jang Jin Young said, "...I'll help you, okay?" After listening to Jang Jin Young's analysis and comforting words, Jeon So Mi couldn't help but burst into tears.
