The MC's brought up the fact that GOT7 won an award at the 2016 MTV EMA's. Mark had a hard time pronouncing "Best Worldwide Act."
As Mark was born in Los Angeles, MC Jung Hyung Don threw shade about Mark's English and said, "You are an American but your pronunciation isn't quite up to par. What happened?" making his fellow members laugh out loud.
Jung Hyung Don then went on to ask, "Isn't your title song 'Never Ever'? What does it mean?"
Jackson then replied, "To never do something." The MC then added, "What about Ever?" Mark responded quietly, "Never." Hearing this, Jung Hyung Don bolted, "Then shouldn't it be 'Never Never' instead? Never Forever?"
With that, Mark turned away pretending not to hear his comment.
