He's planning to have a fan meeting tour in Asia to commemorate his 20th anniversary since debut. However, China is currently the only country delaying permission for him to hold his fan meeting. Originally, he had been planning since January for a fan meeting in Guangzhou in April, but right now those plans are up in the air.

The agency planning his fan meeting said, "In China, events sometimes get delayed or canceled. However, this fan meeting was planned earlier on, so we didn't have any kind of problems before." The�agency is guessing that this is another rebuttal against THAAD, and said, "The situation worsened, so the fan meeting�may be canceled entirely."
