The first trial involving JYJ's Yoochun and alleged sexual assault victim A has been postponed.
Originally, Yoochun and A were summoned on September 22; however, the date has now been postponed due to a release request by A's legal representative. A's side claimed that A should attend trials without being held in jail as she has no intentions to hinder evidence or flee. Meanwhile, A has been under arrest in jail since August.

The trial will now take place October 13.
