During a live September 18 'V' airing, INFINITE somehow got to discussing Dongwoo's energy.
During the broadcast, Hoya said, "I think everyone's had a good amount of injuries. We've gone on world tours and done lots of shows so I think that we ended up with more injuries."

Dongwoo was the exception to the injuries, or so the members claimed. They all agreed, "He's got great stamina," saying that he never gets sick and is able to pound the pavement day and night. Plainly, Dongwoo's body was built for the hectic K-Pop idol life!
Dongwoo also marveled at his own health, musing, "I'm amazed that I never seem to sleep," revealing that he gets by on just three hours of sleep. Hoya added, "When he sleeps, Dongwoo sleeps like a baby no matter how loud it is. He sleeps very deeply."
