Ha Joo Yeon's body weight dramatically deteriorated after her appearance on 'Unpretty Rapstar'

Ha Joo Yeon, who is now completely on her own after the disbandment of Jewelry, had to prepare for 'Unpretty Rapstar' all on her own. 

In an exclusive interview with Star News, the former idol spilled, "It was honestly hard doing everything on my own. Because I debuted under Jewelry, there was always someone helping me. There wasn't anything that I did as just Ha Joo Yeon. Through my participation on 'Unpretty Rapstar 3,' I learned a lot of things doing things solo. It was my first challenge simply as Ha Joo Yeon."

Ha Joo Yeon went on to say, "It was crazy hectic, and my body was exhausted. There was mission after mission...it never ended. It's not even a show where you have to train hard but during the filming, I filmed like I was practically living on set. The other contestants and the writers felt like family. It was scary, too. Because it was a place to properly present my actual self, I felt really apprehensive and burdened. It was so taxing that I went down to 39 kg (86 lbs) from 46 kg (~101 lbs)."
