Sam Kim was the third performer up on the August 27 Chris Norman special of 'Immortal Song'.

Sam Kim, who's also known as the "18-year-old music genius," came out with a guitar and covered Chris Norman's "I'll Meet You at Midnight". He was going against Ailee for the round, and MC Shin Dong Yup couldn't help but ask him about her.
He expressed, "I'm a fan of Ailee. I think a lot of the artists I like come out on 'Immortal Song'," and when pressed to send her a message, Sam Kim added, "I love you."
However, Sam Kim wasn't able to defeat Ailee for the round, and it was Kim Jo Han who took the final win.
