Man records wife getting sexually assaulted by his friend?

A man in his 50s was apprehended for charges of sexually assaulting his friend's wife. 

Gyeongbuk Provincial Police Agency revealed on August 16 that they have arrested without detention a 50-year-old man identified merely as 'A' for sexually assaulting his friend's wife after a round of drinking. 

The wife's husband, a 52-year-old man identified as 'B' was also arrested without detention for filming the sexual assault with his cell phone. 

The assault happened this past August 5 at 'A's home located in an area of Gyeongbuk. It was reported that the husband and his friend were drinking together, and when the husband temporarily left his seat, the friend started assaulting the husband's wife.

Upon returning and seeing 'A' assault his wife, the husband recorded the scene and sent the file to his stepdaughter. The stepdaughter reported the incident to the police immediately after receiving the file. 

During police investigation, the husband reportedly testified that he recorded the sexual assault "for evidence" as he believed that 'A' and his wife were having an affair.
