On June 8 airing of 'Radio Star', Seo Kang Jun revealed his odd reaction to sunlight.

Seo Kang Jun stated, "I lose energy whenever I see sunlight. People don't believe me, but I even got it checked at an oriental medical clinic." He continued, "Filming under the sun in the summer time is the most difficult for me. Even if I don't do anything, I just feel restless after 2 hours."

Fellow 5urprise member Kang Tae Oh also commented, "Seo Kang Jun doesn't even move when he sleeps. He's so pale, and he doesn't get up when I try to wake him up. Sometimes I fee like he's dead."

The MCs then responded, "Are you sure you're not actually a vampire?"

hmmm.... he seemed okay while he was on LOTJ-Tonga, though.

k_kid MyTwoCent Wednesday, June 8, 2016

Well the show is heavily edited you know.

It means he has lower pigment in his skin that filters the UV and that his skin is 'allergic' to the sun.

bassbambi ilikeJB Thursday, June 9, 2016

it can also be that he is ligth sensitive. Like my skin is totalyl okay with the sun but I get heavy headache in sunlight because my eyes can't adjust to the brightness that easily.

ilikeJB bassbambi Thursday, June 9, 2016

Eyes not being able to adjust to brightness is sometimes astigmatism and it does cause headaches as well. You should see a doctor because astigmatism is very dangerous for driving at night. A lot of people have this while having a good sight too.

Do you think it's similar to the disease in The Others?  A horror film with Nicole Kidman

ajshawol1990 lume90 Thursday, June 9, 2016

Not that serious I think.

poptart216 Wednesday, June 8, 2016

I have actually have an allergy to UV. I break out in hives when I stay out in the sun for too long!

Sunnn poptart216 Thursday, June 9, 2016

I didn't know that was possible! D: Does sunscreen help with that at all?

bassbambi Sunnn Thursday, June 9, 2016

No it doesn't help with that. Sunscreen helps you to not get burned but if you are alegric you will still have the reaction of it. Especialyl in heavy cases, ( those people are called moon children you may want too google the condition) sometimes aren't allowed to go outside at daylight at all. There is also the brightness of the sun who can make you tired, if your eyes are more used to the darkness, then the light can cause nausea

miyub1123 bassbambi Thursday, June 9, 2016

wow i have no idea it can be that serious.
