'Let's Go! Dream Team' season 2 has come to a messy ending.

After its main MC Lee Chang Myung left the show because of his DUI hit-and-run, the show hung on for a couple of weeks before it faced its end. Of course, it can't be said that Lee Chang Myung's incident is the only reason to the end of the season. Before his DUI, the program had already been considered to be cut because it had lost a lot of its ratings and its influence.

Because the program has a set fanbase who watches every time, there was positive talk for a season 3. However, all talks about the new seaons has now ceased because of Lee Chang Myung's DUI case, meaning 'LGDT' might actually be facing an end this time. The first season had started in 1999 and had run until 2003, and then the second season started in 2009 to 2016. The show had run for 11 long years, but now may face an abrupt ending.

Would you like to see the variety show continue?

I wish they could just return to the 2013 2014 concept with that line-up because it was getting really boring, there wasn't any entertainment from Han Mingwan or Shorry, no astonishing results of Ricky Kim, Kwon Taeho, Choi Seongjo or Park Jaemin, there was no Kim Dongsung, there wasn't any fun from idols like Seyong, Minhyuk or Feeldog, there weren't any cute moments from Jerry or Kang Taeoh, all my biases were gone, it's really sad because the show means a lot to me but lately it was just getting boring. It wasn't dream team anymore

I don't even watch it anymore but I still would want it to continue. The premise of the show is really good but it could get repetitive throughout the years. The most important thing is a good cast and I think their original cast was the best. I'd say the cast members from 2009-2012? Even up until 2014, I used to watch it and it was good. I hope Korea continues to have sports variety programs like this at least~

I'm sad because it was one of my favorite tv show.  And I liked seeing idols get competitive on it.

SM stopped sending their artiste, after Minho and some members of Suju got injured on LGDT, and could not take part in concert tours etc, and the loss of income to SM due to injury far outweighs the benefits of being on the show, hence the popular idols tend to avoid it, and LGDT become like an entry level variety show for nugu groups who need to use sports as a means to get famous. LIke how previous idol group members got famous in LGDT like 2AM's Jo Kwon's running, Shinee Minho's high jump, Sistar's Bora etc.

I'm curious about how Lee Chang Myung is feeling now, if I was him I would feel really bad...even if the ratings were already bad this messy ending is apparently kinda his fault...
