'Mrs. Cop,' SBS's police procedural drama which aired back in August of last year, was received so well by the viewers that a second season is said to be in the works! SBS revealed Tuesday, "In response to the fervent support of the viewers, we have planned for 'Mrs. Cop 2' to start airing in March, after the conclusion of 'I Have a Lover.'"
Go Yoon Jung, the female lead character for 'Mrs. Cop 2,' has already been confirmed to be Kim Sung Ryung, a veteran actress who's appeared in many other series and films in the past.
The actress relayed, "I will come back to the viewers through a new episode. I will do my utmost best to make [the storyline of] 'Mrs. Cop 2' richer and more appealing."

'Mrs. Cop 2' will start airing on March 5 at 9:55pm (KST) so be sure to tune in to another season chock full of action and drama!
