Recently, a young man and a woman were hit by a speeding car in a highly dense parking lot in Millak-dong, Busan. The entire dashcam footage was revealed by YTN and has since gone viral.
It was later revealed that the person behind the wheel was intoxicated and his blood alcohol level was high enough to get his license suspended.
Luckily for the bystanders, they were able to walk away without any major injuries.
