Kangta and BoA appointed as SM Entertainment's creative directors

Through a press release, the agency announced the news, writing, "We have appointed Kangta and BoA as 'de facto' directors. The two will participate in various new business plans and contents as creative directors to put their know-hows to use that they've built up with their global activities."

Through the routine shareholders' meeting, Kim Young Min, Han Se Min, and Nam So Young have been reappointed as board of directors, and through the board of directors' meeting, Kim Young Min has once again been appointed CEO. Although they are not part of the registered board of directors,�Kangta and BoA will be given stock option as 'de facto' directors along with other appointed executives.
