Jang Nara cast as a teacher for upcoming drama 'School'

Singer turned actress Jang Nara has been confirmed for a role in KBS 2TV's upcoming drama series, 'School'.

Producers of the drama revealed on October 12th, "Jang Nara will be starring as the role of a teacher in 'School'. We held a casting audition on the 11th, and so we are currently discussing several other actors for the drama as well."

This will mark her first return to the small screen in a year and five months since her KBS 2TV drama, 'Youthful Beauty'.

The 'School' series is a highly popular drama that began in 1999 and currently has four seasons to date. The drama helped produce many successful actors today like Jang Hyuk, Ha Ji Won, Jo In Sung, Lee Yo Won, Choi Kang Hee, and more, so many are looking forward to what new stars the new season will launch to stardom.

PD Lee Min Hong from the first season of 'School' will be working with PD Lee Eung Bok of the 'Dream High' series.
