I am the face of DHPI (donas, hamburgues, pizza and ice cream) brand

Special K Nutrifit sounds like a bloody expensive cereal.

    Longan_Lychee Tuesday, April 25, 2017

She, with her toned body, personal trainer and access to best nutrition, is endorsing sugary corn chips...

    NORM Longan_Lychee Tuesday, April 25, 2017

Nah, the Special K cereal isnt the sugary kind. This one is mainly marketed towards adults. its supposed to low-fat & help with losing weight, i think..

    Longan_Lychee NORM Tuesday, April 25, 2017

Just a marketing gimmick. There’s still going to be an obscene amount of glucose-fructose syrup/corn syrup, starches and salt..

While it's not the best healthy cereal available, it has only 4g sugar per serving. Here is ingredient list from Harvard College nutritional web site: Special K (Rice, Wheat Gluten, Sugar, Defatted Wheat Germ, Contains 2% or Less of Salt, Whey, Malt Flavoring, Calcium Caseinate. VITAMINS & MINERALS: Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Reduced Iron, Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol Acetate), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B1 (Thiamin Hydrochloride), Vitamin A Palmitate, Folic Acid, Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Niacinamide, Vitamin B12)

Thanks! And you’re right, it’s not the healthiest cereal available, and certainly not an ideal meal to start a morning with, especially if you want to have a healthy life style.

    pink_oracle Longan_Lychee Tuesday, April 25, 2017

You seem to have Special K mixed up with Lucky Charms. It's basically just toasted corn, I think there's more E numbers in cardboard.

    Longan_Lychee pink_oracle Tuesday, April 25, 2017

Maybe.. but I still wouldn’t start my morning with a bowl of cornflakes if I were to adhere to a healthy lifestyle or fitness

    pink_oracle Longan_Lychee Tuesday, April 25, 2017

Eggs have cholesterol, fruit has sugar, yogurt has dairy, toast is high in carbs. I don't think there is a perfect breakfast.

    Longan_Lychee pink_oracle Tuesday, April 25, 2017

Eggs, fruit, plain yoghurt, whole grain breads or oatmeal have a lower glycemic index than cornflakes and can keep you sated for up till lunch time though. Cholesterol on eggs is harmful only if eggs are consumed excessively and to those who already have high cholesterol. But I think everything consumed with moderation will be fine.

    pink_oracle Longan_Lychee Tuesday, April 25, 2017

All those things give you stinky farts though, just as bad.
