SS501's Kim Hyung Jun has denied the sexual assault allegations made against him and has stated his intention to counter-sue the alleged victim. 

The SS501 member has been revealed as the previously unnamed idol star who allegedly sexually assaulted a bar employee in May of 2010. In response, Kim Hyung Jun's rep told media outlets, "What the plaintiff is asserting is completely false. In 2010, he and an acquaintance were having drinks, and a waitress joined them. That person is the plaintiff, and they had consensual relations at her home because she wanted to."

The rep continued, "We think she's abusing the fact that he's a celebrity as she's suddenly filed a suit 9 years after the fact. He's innocent. He's touring overseas as planned until early April. He'll return afterwards and undergo investigation." It was also reported Kim Hyung Jun plans to counter-sue the alleged victim for defamation of character.

As previously reported, a bar employee claims Kim Hyung Jun came over to her home after a night of drinking and sexually assaulted her. She's reportedly undergone therapy due to the trauma.
