i just hope that she doesn't resent her child and end up hurting him. The poor child is the victim in all of this.

Ms. Choi did a lot of damage to KHJ's professional career at the time. Using that time to go into military helped him but she was terrible to him and his parents. He should get full custody and I bet that is what all of this is leading toward. I think she should not be able to just walk away with a hefty fine. She viciously attacked his character in false statements and stories. She caused several fans to walk away from him in support of her being a victim which was untrue. Her story is a sad one. Domestic violence is terrible. It is shameful to use that platform creating a story against someone who is innocent. The prosecutor wants justice for KHJ but it also sends a statement that men can fall victim, as well, by being falsely accused.
