SONAMOO held the showcase for their recently released album 'I LIKE U TOO MUCH' on June 29 at Seoul's Yes24 MUV Hall.

When questioned about who their role model is, leader Sumin answered, "We want to be like Girls' Generation. Girls' Generation are much loved all over the world. We want to be like that one day.

Sumin added, "Girls' Generation showcase their different charms through acting, variety, and other areas. Their album concepts are unique, too. We also possess charms as seven unique individuals. It is our wish to show them to you all."

Actually I like sonamoo more when they debut because I thought they will be different.. but then they start to become lame.. now I know the answer why..

No wonder their comeback suck, they followed snsd. Sonamoo y'all should've just stuck with the cool girl concept

IMakeMyPoint Wednesday, June 29, 2016

Well said, SNSD reached the top not just becos of their music, but also becos of their variety, acting and many other fields they excel in.Ad of course, their music is never fixed in one concept, SNSD is one of the few groups that dare to come back with different styles and concept each time, they aren't afraid to try new things and lose fans.If you girls emulate SNSD, you have a good chance to hit the top. Just don't get pigeon-holed into a certain style and concept, its what killed the potential of many girl groups.

BigBlueagain Wednesday, June 29, 2016

If you want to be the best, you emulate the best. ;)

April_vicious Wednesday, June 29, 2016

Truthfully I don't think any group can acheive SNSD's type of success

ayoyo April_vicious Wednesday, June 29, 2016

No, I think there is a group who can do it better. Just wait a bit.

GGaspar April_vicious Wednesday, June 29, 2016

I agree but if there is ever a group to surpass them most likely snsd success helped them in some sort of way

NORM ayoyo Thursday, June 30, 2016

Nah its even harder now that there are Waaay more girl groups around :(

nami_chan Wednesday, June 29, 2016

But who doesn't want to be like them xD they are good

pink_oracle Wednesday, June 29, 2016

Lol, so they don't actually admire the girl's just their success.

kpopwontstop Wednesday, June 29, 2016

Of course, snsd is the best! With SOO many singles and chart-toppers and albums and unique concepts and basically the whole package, they are the ones most groups should look to for inspiration. They're all so amazingly talented, and are still going strong nine years (!!!) after their debut. SNSD forever and always!

Just don't start the backstabbing thing

CHRISTINAMR g2n5 Wednesday, June 29, 2016

Yes one member betraying the group for the sake of business greediness and her rich boyfriend is harmful enough as example indeed and we don't need another member like that

SsunAir CHRISTINAMR Wednesday, June 29, 2016

good point

pink_oracle CHRISTINAMR Wednesday, June 29, 2016

Betraying? So they give her permission to start a business, but then freak out because she's actually going to make some real profit that they can't get their hands on, so force her out and somehow she's the betrayer? You realise it's actually the one with the knife wounds in their back that's been betrayed right?

nami_chan g2n5 Wednesday, June 29, 2016

GGaspar CHRISTINAMR Wednesday, June 29, 2016

I don't think jess betrayed them she was kicked out she didn't leave she was going to but she didn't and regardless of you accusations we don't know the whole story

CHRISTINAMR pink_oracle Monday, July 11, 2016

Yes when she was planning to leave after all but then she suddenly wanted to stay because her business didn't get enough exposure yet from her status SNSD member so she planned to embrace that but couldn't commited to the group

CHRISTINAMR GGaspar Monday, July 11, 2016

Yes my intention is the first place is to slap the original commenter who thinks that she/he know everything about Jessica departure from SNSD
