MBC's "Birth of a Great Star 2" have announced that they'll start airing live episodes on February 10th.
On February 8th, representatives of MBC revealed, "Beginning on the 10th, 'Birth of a Great Star 2' will start its live performances. The competitive rounds with the 12 remaining contestants will air at 9:50 p.m.; it is a special episode that will last 140 minutes."
Currently, the show's production staff as well as MC Oh Sang Jin are on strike against MBC. Director Lee Minho has stepped in as the producer, and a different MC will fill in for Oh Sang Jin.
This live episode was originally scheduled for the 3rd; however, because of the workers' strike, the show was cancelled. A repeat of "Idol Star Meeting Show Thump Thump Shaking Special" aired in that time slot instead.
