According to an exclusive media outlet report on August 17, former Black Swan member Hyeme (26) was reportedly married during the time she promoted with her group. Furthermore, she is currently in the middle of a legal battle with her husband regarding their divorce.

According to a legal insider, a man 'A' in his thirties has filed a divorce lawsuit against Hyeme at the Uijeongbu District Court. According to 'A', he and Hyeme registered their marriage in June of last year, and continued their marriage for one year, up until their divorce proceedings began. 'A' reportedly claimed responsibility on Hyeme for their deteriorated marriage. The legal representative of 'A' told SBS Entertainment News, "It is true that they are in the middle of a divorce lawsuit. It is difficult to tell you more detailed information, as of now." 

The divorce lawsuit also revealed the fact that Hyeme had been secretly married during her group promotions, even when she first debuted as part of Black Swan in June of last year. Yoon Deung Ryong, CEO of DR Music, stated, "I am currently unable to contact Hyeme, as her exclusive contract [with our company] has been wrapped up. It's my first time hearing about Hyeme's marriage and divorce. If I had known, there would not have been the case where she was added to Black Swan. As a company, it is possible to claim damages from Hyeme." Hyeme left Black Swan in November of last year, after an office worker 'B' accused her of scamming him. Black Swan also had to quickly halt all their promotions due to her scandal.

Meanwhile, Hyeme first made her debut in the music industry with the group RaNia back in 2015, and is currently active as an online streaming BJ.
