AOMG clarifies that CEO's resignation is unrelated to Meenoi's controversies

AKP STAFF

It was previously reported that in the aftermath of Meenoi's controveries, AOMG CEO DJ Pumpkin would be resigning from his position.

AOMG has since clarified that the resignation of CEO DJ Pumpkin, asserting that his decision to step down was not influenced by the controversies surrounding Meenoi.

In a statement released on March 13 KST, AOMG disclosed that the CEO's resignation had been finalized in early January 2024. His resignation was officially submitted on January 9, with his term set to conclude on March 25. The successor CEO, Yoo Deok Gon, was appointed on February 23, marking the completion of the leadership transition.

Addressing the misconception, DJ Pumpkin emphasized, "The issue related to Meenoi occurred on January 29 and has nothing to do with my resignation as CEO. It is not true that I decided to resign from my position as CEO due to this issue."

As the situation continues to unfold, AOMG remains focused on navigating the challenges while maintaining transparency and accountability within the organization.

I call BS! And, it appears we had a CEO who was apparently leaving, therefore unconcerned with managing his company or taking care of and being transparent to his clients. His apathy seriously hurt his company and his clients.
