More details have been revealed about Yoochun's dog's biting incident.

Ilgan Sports�revealed that the acquaintance who suffered from the dog bite was the wife of a drama production company's CEO. An insider revealed, "She had a severe injury to her face. Her face was crushed, and she got 3 surgeries. At the time, the two did not have problems. I'm not sure why she decided to sue recently."

Yoochun's label said, "Yoochun confirmed they had not contacted each other in 7 years. Please wait for the investigation to be over."

In an interview with Yonhap News, the victim's friend said, "She had 30 stitches below her eyes, and she had 11 cms of stitches from the back of her head to her cheekbones. She has a dent in her cheek 2 cm below her cheekbone from the canines, and the corner of her lip was torn away. The doctor said she was bitten twice in a row by the dog."

The victim revealed, "It is not just that the skin was stitched. Everything from the inside was stitched in 4-5 layers. Parts of the cheekbones disintegrated. Once every year, I had to cut back the skin that had fused together, and because the cheekbones were broken, something had to be filled. Because of that, my mouth is twisted when I talk, and I have to get a professional�to do my makeup when I leave the house."

On why she hadn't contacted Yoochun, the victim said, "The situation itself was traumatic and I became depressed, so I needed to take care of my mental state first. When I saw Yoochun or people related to him, I was reminded of the accident and tormented. My parents and my husband told me it was incredibly lucky that I did not lose my sight and that my cheekbone didn't collapse completely, so I just focused on my treatment. I did not want to be swept up in lawsuits."

On suing him 7 years later, she said, "After the accident, I continued to receive painful treatments. Last year, I stopped treatments for about 6 months, and the hospital told me that the injury widened again and I had to get surgery again, and I broke down then. I could not handle going through the same process again. I went to the lawyer after coming back from the hospital, and the lawyer told me that the case would expire soon, so I decided to sue."

She also responded to C-JeS Entertainment's statement that Yoochun had come to the hospital to apologize and had paid for her treatment through his manager. She said, "At the time, the manager brought two envelopes in a bag. One was Yoochun's mother's letter, and the other was money. The manager told me there would be about 50,000,000-100,000,000 KRW (47,000-94,000 USD). That day and the injury won't disappear, even if I were paid. I thought they were trying to just sleep well after giving me some money and I was dumbfounded, so I just sent them back. On the day of the accident, Yoochun came to the hospital so he knew how serious my situation was. But all he did was send me a text saying he was sorry."

On the amount, she revealed, "Until now, the cost of treatment was 320 million KRW (300,000 USD). The lawsuit amount [of 1.2 billion KRW] is the amount that the lawyer calculated by including the treatment from 6 years ago, the cost of treatment for the next five years, and my mental suffering. We have not yet sued him for the damages."
