He began with, "The thing I liked the most is that we had similar minds. There are no limitations. They wait with the mind that 'this person will get something done'. I also like that there's communication. When I'm trying to create a variety or drama character, there's no ordering around. It's a lot like how I act toward Son Ho Joon and Nam Joo Hyuk [on 'Three Meals a Day']. We all work together and try to create a productive environment through trial and error. That's why I like it."
About the label signing stars like Lee Jong Suk and Kang Dong Won lately, Cha Seung Won said, "I love it. [The company] becomes abundant from the inside and out. In our label, there's no bond between people. I like that (laughter). But, we're one in that we recognize one another and cheer one another on."
