It was previously reported that plastic surgery clinic J Plastic Surgery had fallen under criticism for taking selcas, mocking the patient, and celebrating a birthday during an operation. On December 31, News Portal1 revealed more pictures showing the J Plastic Surgery staff's inappropriate behavior that took place even outside of work.
In the pictures, the staff can be seen enjoying a dinner outing. However, they play games that some might consider inappropriate among employees, especially between a director and his nurses.
One game the staff played involves shaking post-its off their own bodies. The staff would put post-its on one another's behinds. In order to win, players would have to shake until the post-its fell off. This game is usually considered an adult game, played among women in their bikinis. In the picture shown below, the players are mostly women wearing short skirts.
The staff also played the pepero game, a game which involves two people eating the same pepero stick at its opposite ends until they're able to create the smallest possible leftover piece in the middle. The point of the game is to see how close you can get to your partner without actually kissing him or her.
In the pictures shown below, the staff--including the director--can be seen engaging in this game and coming in very close contact with each other. The prize for the winner--for the pair who would eat until the smallest piece of pepero was left--was 500,000 won (approx. $455 USD).
According to a News Portal1, these pictures originally came from J Plastic Surgery's blog. After being criticized for their activities, they promptly deleted these pictures.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health is currently investigating the nurses. The clinic has informed reporters that the nurses are qualified for their jobs.
Netizens have mostly criticized J Plastic Surgery staff's behavior with top comments saying, "A man should not be playing a damn pepero game with his junior. If the director doesn't conduct surgery then what does he do," "How could the nurses be qualified?", and, "Looks like they did a lot of crazy things for a long time."
