While everyone loves a good pair of stilettos, this summer we've seen a rise in the number of K-Pop ladies dancing in flat shoes, which certainly sounds more comfortable to me. Let's take a look at some of these young women and their practical shoes (videos presented in chronological order).

Wonder Girls - "Like This"

Wonder Girls made their first Korean comeback in nearly two years with a flashmob music video, outfits complete with tennis shoes.

f(x) - "Jet"

While the fashion in this performance of "Jet" may be a little questionable, f(x) can at least be comfortable in their converse sneakers. The above performance of "Electric Shock" features thick-soled Doc Martins, some of which do have slight heels, but nothing like the kill-heels we often see.

Crayon Pop - "Bing Bing"

I've included the dance practice video for this song because it's a little hard to see their feet in the official MV. In this clip, you can see their super cute matching sneakers!

Team SIII - "Win the Day"

This support song for the 2012 Summer Olympics features members of miss A, SISTAR, and 4minute cheering on South Korea's athletes while wearing white sneakers.

PSY - "Gangnam Style"

While Psy isn't a female idol, this video features 4minute's HyunA dancing in snazzy high tops. Many of the female back up dancers are in flats as well.

GLAM - "Party (XXO)"

In this video, we see a diverse mix of shoes on the band members, but one thing remains in common- no high heels!

BoA - "Only One"

The Queen of K-Pop BoA dances in high-tops in her latest single, saving the high heels for the drama version.

TAHITI - "Tonight"

Brand-new rookies TAHITI split their time between work boots and strappy heels in this video, showing that they can work it in whatever they're wearing.
