In the picture, Hyomin is shown holding a book called, "Learning How to Grow Humor Tactics Tenfold" - she's sticking out her tongue slightly to show that learning about gag comedy is not easy. She further emphasizes this fact with a cute sweat bead that's been inserted into the picture.
