Wow! Within 9 hours of going on sale, more than 100,000 copies of the 2010 calendar for MBC's Infinity Challenge have been sold. In a phone conversation with Money Today Star News, a representative for the hit show stated "The calendars went on sale at 10 AM on December 4th and have gone to sell over 100,000 within the 9 hours they have been available." Additionally 17,000 of the Infinity Challenge diaries have also been sold. It is estimated that sales from both the calendar and the diary have exceeded 750,000,000 won (~$650,516). The calendar and the diary, which went on pre-sale December 4th, will begin shipping on December 21st and profits will go to help the needy. This is not the first time that the cast has done charitable deeds though. In 2009, Infinity Challenge donated 50,000,000 won (~$43,367.70) of the profit from calendar sales and went to dig up water wells in the Kingdom of Swaziland, also known as Ngwane, in South Africa. It is good to know that in the season of giving, having a good heart is NOT a challenge for the cast and crew of Infinity Challenge.
