Hes not proven guilty yet : )
I wonder If this means they got new evidence pointing towards him or is just Part of them starting investigation around this. Well good thing they are doing this now before he enlists, they are in kind of hurry.

Let's not blame Seungri's victims for their own sexual assaults on women's day.
There hasn't been even rumors of him sexually assaulting anyone. Are you troll?
Her being there a completely different day rules her out as being that woman. Netizens claiming something without Mr. Kim means that Mr. Kim can't be held accountable for it.
There could be multiple reasons for her not wanting to step up, being threatened or bribed are two of them. It doesn't really matter so much if she comes out now, yes it makes the case much stronger, but they already have enough proof of Mr. Kim not being a perpetrator as they claimed before.
I don't see there being enough to prove his innocence. This all info comes from his interview and analysis by media (and you?) on CCTV rather than legal place and expert right? So it's practically theory based on CCTV and his interview, which can be true one or might not? He was victim of assault by club security which has been confirmed, but being victim of being framed don't know about that just yet.
Most i'd like to know of women who have been allegedly drugged and raped in the club, but so far I have just heard one woman apparently being drugged and being raped in hotel (according to this woman) and I don't know if employees were part of that in any way or not (source i had didn't mention them at least). Women being drugged and raped in VIP rooms and employees being part of that still hasn't gotten any evidence basis including the case of Mr.Kim claiming he was trying to protect woman who was drugged.
It's been 9 years since i became a VIP,i watched them grow, and to see all of this...seriously disgusting!Seungri shouldn't be allowed to go to the army untill evrything is totally proven, assaulting women,rape,prostitution...he should be punished not running away to the army!
It'd be better if he could postpone it, but I doubt army will let him do that. Rather than running away, he was drafted after all. It is disappointing if the case will continue while he's in army and it can't be properly investigated (on his side, i mean he can't be interrogated while in army apparently without arresting him and that would require prove against him).
Honour to Whistleblowers! They risk their lifes and well-beings for our sakes and we give them nothing...
And what kind of women are these VIP fans? They defend criminals who sexually assault and maybe even rape other women. and on top of that they rather attacked and shamed the only hero who tried to protect these women and risked his own health for that. I have no words to express my disgust for these obedient oppa-worshippers.
None of Big Bang members have been accused of sexually assaulting or raping anyone not even rumored of doing that. This hero is being accused for sexually harasshing women that might be true or not. Please get your facts straight before posting and do not attack fellow women on women's day.
This stupid fangirls stuff is sexist af.
But of course, he doesn't know any of this. He is either a very naive person or you are. Guess what is probably true.
That's not what alleged means. They literally posted dictionary definition for you please read it before commenting.
Mr. Kim was assaulted November 24, that thai woman's issue that you're talking about was from December 1, so it doesn't have anything to do with Mr. Kim nor did he make any claims about that.
The problem is that all three of them are involved with the Burning Sun business, one of them even accused as a drug dealer. It's also clear that none of them were around Mr. Kim when he supposedly stopped the VIP customer's "sexual assault" that lead to his own assault. It's also not believable for anyone that he would have been sexually assaulting 3 women before being kicked out. Especially none being a customer, and all them having a high position & contacts at the club.
The thai woman that was dragged out was a video taken out of context brought into this issue by Netizens: "On December 1, 2018 around 1.35AM, an intoxicated woman (Thai) at a VIP table was causing a disturbance through actions such as unsealing alcohol at the table and secretly drinking it, and so actions were taken for her to leave." (https://www.instagram.com/p/BtNzZOrnDnD/)
There is no information or word of the woman he claimed was being sexually assaulted though, the video of thai woman was shared and claimed to be the woman and it was proven she wasn't being drugged. And so far it just seems like analysis of CCTV that might be true, but might also be not. I don't think it proves innocence it just gives prove towards that for Mr.Kim.
Proven is bit strong word, so far there is three women who have filed complaints against him for sexual harassment and i don't see him being proven innocent by any legal measure. What it seems that there is evidence or more of analysis of CCTV by journalist that he wasn't harassing one of the women? Also the woman he claimed he was helping has said she wasn't drugged and dragged either, she stole from club and apologised to them paying for damages. Still the club admitted he was beaten up by security and i hope if he was beaten up by police and falsely accused that will come to light too.
Yes there's certainly some countries that are more dangerous for journalists then others. I wouldn't say that it's impossible in S.K. though, since even European journalists gets murdered. Victoria Marinova was killed after uncovering corruption with EU money. Daphne Caruana Galizia was killed for her anti-corruption investigations that lead to the Panama Papers. And Jamal Khashoggi was murdered in the most surprising place, an embassy.
Not all European countries are exactly first world countries though, Turkey isn't European country (at least as far as I know) and Bulgaria is pretty poor country with high crime- also the alleged murderers, Saudi Arabia and Russia, are known for corruption and political murders. I don't think you can still compare South Korea which in general is low crime country especially what comes to violent crime. That and I think if reporter suddenly got murderer in this case there is no way police or whoever was corrupt could escape wrath of people, i mean SK citizens even overthrew their president. I don't think anyone in SK is as stupid to try sth like that and that said I don't even think this is as serious of a crime that anyone involved is in danger other than public frown.
Yes, it might be, but it's worrisome that a reporter feel the need to state that killing him won't make the case go away, that another reporter will take over the case if that happens, and danger or threats won't make him give up. Also the part of seniors advising him to back off the case to watch out for himself is worrying.
At least with this message published, he will now be safer. A woman Natacha Jaitt was still murdered by a "drug overdose" just a couple of days ago, after a similar statement: "I am not going to commit suicide, I am not going to take too much cocaine and drown in a bath, or shoot myself. So if this happens, it wasn't me. Save this Tweet," She exposed a pedophile ring in Argentina that high-profile sports and entertainment personalities were part of.
I get that there is places and countries where that might happen, but I very much doubt South Korea is country where reporters get murdered. I'm sure brides and such happen (i mean it was already confirmed police was brided to turn blind eye in terms of BS letting underaged girl(s) in the club), but murder is kinda on another level. It doesn't happen in my country and I think South Korea is closer to that.
I feel like this is bit overdramatized, i seriously doubt anyone's life is in danger here. I feel like those death threats are probably just from some overzealous fans on social media and seriously people leave those even to show writers when show has plot twist they didn't like, most of death threats are just lip service.
Sad thing is that he'll still have fans who'll defend him no matter what. Truth is, what he did was terrible and he doesn't deserve their love and support.
