Had MHJ barely got off and won her trial, I'd be inclined to believe that she's committed some sort of crime that can be later used against her. But when the decision was overwhelmingly in her favor and she was acquitted of everything HYBE has accused her of, it's quite suggestive to forthcoming trials.

Again, if they can’t win a simple injunction case, then it’s a pretty clear sign they have a poor stance on any bigger legal cases they’ll go forward with. It’s just an ego battle for BSH.  

They have no proven "IF's" against her, as she was involved in no criminal acts. They can wait out the investigation and carry on with more lawsuits, but what exactly do they have on her?

It was deemed invalid because either it can be interpreted other ways or can be fabricated. As stated by the court, Hybe cannot dismiss Mhj on the basis of breach of trust. If they really really want her gone, they can still dismiss her anytime they want because they own 80% of Ador. They just have pay for her severance (this is also stated by the court). The whole lawsuit is about Hybe tried to dismiss Mhj without paying her a dime.
