Lee Hyori talked about her age and how she keeps her slim figure.

On the February 7th episode of 'Super Market Sora', Lee Hyori featured as a guest to sit down with former model Lee Sora. When Lee Hyori complimented the model about her glamorous outfits, Lee Sora responded, "Then I have to lose my belly fat again."

Lee Hyori then expressed, "You can just wear a girdle. At our age, you have to wear a girdle," adding, "There are a lot of girdles that aren't noticeable these days. I'll let you know the brand." She advised, "You have to wear it up to here. Don't you know? If you wear it below, your belly will pop out. You have to wear it up to here," pointing to underneath her chest.

On the same episode, Lee Hyori revealed she doesn't put on much makeup these days, saying she's done a lot when she was younger and wants to be more comfortable.
