TEEN TOP's Niel has returned with his 4th solo single album, 'Parting Emotion', and its emotional title track, "Say Goodbye". 

Depicting the experience of saying "farewell" to a lover in 3 new tracks, Niel brings out his sentimental side in his new winter album. The MV for his title track "Say Goodbye" features beautiful winter scenery paired with moments of conflict between lovers at the end of their relationship, appealing to the senses.
