Taeyang looks over the city in 'Seed' spoiler video

Taeyang has dropped a teaser video for "Seed".

In the spoiler, Taeyang looks over a city at night as he sings a preview of his upcoming release. "Seed" is a preview for the Big Bang member's upcoming 2nd mini album 'Down to Earth', which drops on April 25 KST.
