Actually, her buying these trendy clothes online and from street markets without any care of its authenticity is no shock to me personally. Apparently, buying fake designer goods just because they look stylish is just a normal way of life in Korea.
According to a video I saw years ago, even the official Supreme store had to close their shops in Seoul because all the youngsters were buying their imitation clothes for a far more cheaper price off the street markets. (The video link if anyone's interested: Video)
When I went to Seoul one time, it was so much easier for me to buy several clothes from the street markets and underground clothing markets for a fraction of the price, rather than spend a ton on just one thing.
I personally think koreans themselves should reflect on their own fake fashion retail industry situation through this incident, cuz the reality is Jia probably bought these without any worry cuz so many youth there just does the same thing anyway :/
