Malicious commenters are a loud minority who don’t give a fuck. They need to be prosecuted.
I had a feeling she would appeal again? Is there a limit to how much she can appeal? If you ask me, even 2 years isn't that bad. She should just accept her sentence. It might be the slowest two years of her life but it could be worse.
I would hope that they were still together or else everything they went through wouldn’t be worth it.
The impression that i get is that she's fond of winter. She's the only aespa member in every picture lol
Jimins been struggling for a while now and I’m sure that incident with Mina didn’t help her much unfortunately but we can’t help Jimin unless she acknowledges that there’s a problem. With Mina, she knows but she won’t look for help.
I’m glad that she’s staying strong. I was concerned because the backlash was ridiculous.
I'm glad that he's acting again. It must be hard to get back out there and act again after receiving backlash like that. Hopefully, he can make a recovery.
I knew it wasn’t real since it came from the crane game but I guess not everyone is familiar with those.
The company must be pretty desperate to give the girls attention and it seems to be working.
My guess that what made the judge reduce the sentence is that it’s kind of their thing, once you admit something and cry some crocodile tears, say you’re so terribly sorry (and you have money) they consider it to be remorseful and reduce your sentence. It’s working for all his friends too. Disgusting as it is, that is how the game is played there. Seems to be a pattern for celebrities and elites, get a sentence you don’t like? Appeal and apologize and more often than not it’s just probation with pending sentence if you get caught again before probation is up.
Insane, But what can you do. I don’t think 3 years was all that much better either. I mean, Seungri may not be in Big Bang anymore but he’s still wealthy so who’s to say he won’t go back out and do the same thing again.
It’s not the Korean justice system per se. They’re already pretty lenient but on top of that, Seungri probably has the best lawyer money can buy. I’m impressed considering his charges. I’d love to know what made the judge reduce his sentence but I doubt I’ll ever find out.
Kcelebs are believed to be from priveledged backgrounds all the time and they never address it but Free Zia has to?
They treat kcelebs in a scandal equally bad and it’s bullshit. It’s like kangaroo court.
Her controversy is embarrassing but that’s about it. It’s probably the least serious controversy that I’ve seen on akp
wdym punishment should match? all she get is hate comments...if u wanna match the punishment...she should freaking get sued by those brands...she and her fans should be thankful that those brands dont make that move...her crime is not small matters okay? learn to realize how serious this thing is...imagine review famous brands fake stuffs and get money from it...the audacity tho
wdym all she gets is hate comments? You have to remember that those are people behind the hate comments and they carry weight. She's also getting death threats which she most definitely does not deserve.
now u get why ppl lashing out to this girl and she deserved this hate..sorry not sorry
No I don’t get it. The crime should match the punishment but in kpop, the punishment is the same almost all the way across the board. It’s bullshit.
dude...imagine u own a brand that u work so hard to achieve the fame and suddenly someone make a fake out of it and someone out of nowhere review the fake stuffs...how do u feels as the brand owner? happy?
I wouldn’t care if I was a luxury brand like Chanel unless that person is famous, then they’d have to respond. I get that.
if she just use it ppl wont mind i guess but she make an review for it that what make ppl triggered...
oh i see... you can't really review something you don't really have i guess
I don’t think it’s going to blow over yet. I’ve seen an article of this on uk daily mail and several other international news sites.
yikes...
I'm starting to feel bad for her. I know people who have bought fake luxury items because they're cute but none of them have become famous like Free Zia has. I just hope this whole thing blows over.
She admitted to her wrongdoings but that doesn’t give people a pass to get carried away like that.
I figured that he unfollowed her because after the show, she told him that she wasn't interested in him and it was all for the show. She even said in the beginning she wasn't interested in any of them so..
The response is ridiculous, she obviously won't do it again now that she's famous. Why can't people just chill...
She admitted that what she did was wrong and she’s probably very embarrassed, why did they have to go this far? It’s too much..
I would hope not because it’s dangerous
I don't agree with causing people unnecessary distress as we figure out what happened. He apologized three years ago and unless she explicitly said that he was at fault, we shouldn't assume that is the case. There may have also been things going on behind the scenes as well that contributed to her eventual suicide too.
