The news that HYBE has begun an audit against ADOR has been causing quite a stir in the Korean entertainment industry. The reason HYBE decided on the audit was that ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin had allegedly attempted to take over the management rights of the company.

It seems that CEO Min and the NewJeans members had a bond that went beyond the typical relationship between an agency CEO and artists, sparking even greater interest.
In the past, CEO Min has shared various photos from her personal life, including moments spent with the NewJeans members, on her personal Instagram account. She has also posted excerpts from letters she received from the members' mothers, which have garnered attention.
At that time, the mothers expressed their gratitude to CEO Min with messages such as, "The connection between Minji, our family, and CEO Min feels like a true gift. Please maintain this wonderful relationship for a long time. We are always cheering for you," "Thank you for supporting them during their challenging parenting times," and "Thank you for raising the NewJeans members so well; I bow in gratitude once again."
CEO Min appeared briefly on the December 2022 episode of tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block' featuring NewJeans, acknowledging her unique relationship with the members and sharing related stories firsthand.
At the time, CEO Min said, "I talk a lot with the members' parents, believing that understanding between us is key to getting along without any issues," and added, "They support me when I'm going through tough times." She also mentioned, "When I visited Hanni in Australia, her parents came to see me. Hanni and her younger sister and mother gave me pajamas that they all wear. They even referred to me as their 'Korean mom'."
