Delving into the reason behind his newfound passion for running, Kian84 reveals a deeply personal story. "If I hadn’t started running, I might not be here today," he confides. Recounting a pivotal moment during a panic attack while driving, he recalls the overwhelming fear that gripped him.

Kian84 bravely shares his struggle with panic disorder, tracing its origins to a lack of serotonin in the brain. "The panic disorder began to affect various aspects of my life, from driving to everyday activities," he explains. "That's when I turned to running."

Acknowledging the importance of physical activity in managing mental health, Kian84 emphasizes the role of running in his recovery journey. "Exercise became my lifeline," he states. "By prioritizing my well-being and embracing running, I found healing both physically and mentally."

Despite the challenges of running, Kian84 affirms its positive impact on his life. "Running wasn't easy, but it became my refuge during tough times," he shares. "Thanks to running, I've discovered a better way of living."

As a testament to his perseverance, Kian84 proudly shares his personal record of completing a half marathon in 2 hours and 44 seconds. Through his inspiring story, he hopes to encourage others to embrace the transformative power of running for both physical and mental well-being.

Best part, when you watch that video, he's not trying to show off or pretend to hang out with the other celebs during the event. It was mostly other people that wanted to be in his footage that keep showing off that they can out run him while he's just want to breathe properly while greeting their cheers.

I've heard this from many people. Even just taking walks is beneficial for mental (and physical, obviously, and they often go hand in hand anyway) health. Gotta get those 7k steps in!
