Park Shin Hye and Lee Jun Ki selected as presenters for the 33rd 'Seoul Music Awards'

Actors Park Shin Hye and Lee Jun Ki have been chosen as presenters for the 33rd 'Seoul Music Awards.'

The 33rd 'Seoul Music Awards,' known for its tradition and authority, will be held overseas for the first time in history, drawing attention to its lineup of presenters. 
The 'Seoul Music Awards' is renowned for having legendary actors representing K-content present awards to the top K-pop stars. As K-content is gaining global attention through OTT platforms, these actors awarding the K-pop stars who shone in 2023 will be another highlight to watch.

The 33rd 'Seoul Music Awards' will feature Park Shin Hye and Lee Jun Ki. 

Park Shin Hye, who started as a child actor, is the first Korean actress to launch an Asia tour. Gaining worldwide popularity through the 2013 SBS drama 'The Inheritors,' she solidified her status as a 'Hallyu Goddess' by conducting Asia tours in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017, and 2019. Park Shin Hye, who is set to star in the 2024 JTBC drama 'Doctor Slump,' will kick off 2024 by showcasing her unique beauty at the 'Seoul Music Awards.'

Actor Lee Jun Ki rose to stardom both domestically and internationally with his role in the 2005 film 'The King and the Clown,' which attracted over 10.51 million viewers, Lee Jun Ki has maintained his top actor status for 18 years with his impeccable self-management and nuanced acting. 

His participation in the awards show was readily accepted as his recent works, including the 2016 SBS drama 'Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo' and the recent tvN drama 'Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramun' have been broadcast worldwide through Netflix, increasing the demand from international fans eager to see him.

The 'Seoul Music Awards,' boasting tradition and authority, is the premier music festival in Korea that has played a foundational role in the development of K-pop culture for 33 years since its inception in 1990. The festival features fierce competition among Korea's representative K-pop musicians.

The 33rd 'Seoul Music Awards' will be held on January 2, 2024, at the Rajamangala National Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand. As it will be held overseas for the first time in its 33-year history in line with the globalization of K-pop, there is intense interest in both the winners and participants from Thailand and internationally.
