Bang Ye Dam is the latest guest on Park Myung Soo's radio show.

On the December 3 KST broadcast, Park Myung Soo interviewed Bang Ye Dam over the phone, where they talked about his new solo mini album as well as his life as a precocious singer/songwriter. "I made all of the songs on the album," he promoted. "The title track is a song called 'ONLY ONE,' and I'm really proud of how well it came out."

When showcasing his singing talent by singing the new single as well as a few Michael Jackson hits, he revealed he got his musicality from his parents, saying, "My father sang a lot of songs for commercials and cartoons."

Bang Ye Dam's father is known as Bang Dae Sik, a singer who recorded songs and jingles for work like 'Pokémon,' 'Dragonball Z,' and 'Digimon.' His mother, Jung Mi Young, is also a musician known for singing the OST single "After the Play Ends" from the movie 'Friend.'

Park Myung Soo expressed admiration for Bang Yedam, being the child of musical parents, saying, "That's amazing. It's natural that talented children would come from such parents. My mom and dad were similar."

Bang Yedam also talked about his song "Lee Chanhyuk," which revolved around the recent buzz surrounding AKMU's Chanhyuk. He explained, "The title of the song is 'Lee Chanhyuk,' but it's a song that scolds him and tells him how to treat [his sister] Suhyun."

When asked about future plans, Bang Yedam said, "I'll be active in a range of things. I want to become a solo artist who can reach out to all generations." He then named Jay Park as a role model, expressing his admiration and saying, "I really like him."

Meanwhile, to commemorate Consumer Day, which is a smaller Korean holiday, Park Myung Soo asked, "What was the most expensive item you've purchased recently?" In response, Bang Ye Dam confessed he recently bought a 680,000-won game console, causing laughter.
