HYBE x Geffen Records to reveal the final members of their new global girl group on 'The Debut: Dream Academy' Live Finale

Approximately two months ago, K-pop enthusiasts learned about the news that HYBE, the influential force steering the global phenomenon BTS, would join forces with Universal Music Group and its subsidiary Geffen Records to introduce a new K-pop girl group on the international stage.

In a joint venture labeled 'HYBE x Geffen Records,' the two music labels unveiled the participants selected from the U.S.-based audition program 'The Debut: Dream Academy.' Following the launch of the highly anticipated show, fans were given updates on the various missions and challenges the aspiring K-pop trainees must face to achieve their ultimate dreams.

After weeks of suspense and excitement, the culmination of 'The Debut: Dream Academy' is on the horizon.

The live finale will feature final performances from the top 10 contestants: Daniela (USA), Lara (USA), Megan (USA), Sophia (Philippines), Manon (Switzerland), Emily (USA), Ezrela (Australia), Samara (Brazil), Marquise (Thailand), Yoonchae (South Korea), who were solidified following the Mission #3 elimination announcement this past Sunday. The top 10 will be divided into groups for three performances, each debuting an original and exclusive song.

The highly anticipated Live Finale is scheduled for Friday, November 17, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST in Los Angeles, CA. Fans and viewers worldwide can join in the excitement as the event will be simulcast on multiple platforms, including HYBE LABEL’s YouTube Channel (Global), Weverse (Global), and ABEMA (Japan). Just because they are under HYBE doesn't mean they are Kpop. They are singing in English and will be based in the US
