Recently, Jo Hyun Ah of the co-ed group Urban Zakapa opened up about her uneasy feelings regarding her former agency ABYSS Company. 

Earlier this year, Jo Hyun Ah had recently left ABYSS Company to establish her own startup agency called Andrew Company, along with her manager, with whom she had been working since her debut. However, the other two members of Urban Zakapa Kwon Sun Il and Park Yong In have decided to continue on their journey with ABYSS Company.

The discomfort arose when she saw a group photo of the artists from her former agency which was released in celebration of Chuseok, a Korean national holiday. In the group photo with the company's artists Park Won, Sandara Park, Jukjae, Melomance, Sunmi and BamBam, Urban Zakapa's absence was evident. Upon seeing the photo, Jo Hyun Ah expressed her disappointment by saying, "Wow, we're not even there. Couldn't they have at least said something?" 

Hyun Ah also went live on Instagram regarding this where she shed tears as she expressed her apologies to the fans, "I am so sad. They didn't take care of our fans, and that happens all the time. That made me so sad."

In response to Jo Hyun-ah's remarks, ABYSS Company issued an apology statement, explaining, "Due to Jo Hyun Ah's contract termination with our agency, we decided to create this content without the participation of Kwon Sun Il and Park Yong In, as it was deemed difficult to include the complete lineup of Urban Zakapa." 

However, even with Abyss Company's apology, Jo Hyun Ah voiced her discontent by stating, "Is it just enough to publish an apology, and we should accept it? It feels somewhat coercive and pressuring," suggesting that she expects more than just an apology to address the issue at hand.
