On the evening of July 13 KST, former MBLAQ member/musician Thunder and former Gugudan member/actress Mimi took viewers by surprise by appearing in the preview for next week's broadcast of KBS2's 'Second House 2'.

Here, it was revealed that Thunder and Mimi are in their fourth year of dating. The couple had in fact decided to officially go public with their relationship through the upcoming broadcast of 'Second House 2'. Soon afterward, Thunder and Mimi both confirmed their relationship to be true by sharing handwritten letters on their respective SNS accounts.

Now, according to an exclusive media outlet report on July 14 KST, Thunder and Mimi are in fact not only seriously dating, they're engaged to be married! The media outlet report claimed that the couple is currently making preparations to hold a wedding some time in the first half of next year. 

Meanwhile, Thunder debuted as a member of MBLAQ in 2009, and garnered attention as the younger brother of 2NE1 member Dara. Mimi debuted as a member of Gugudan in 2016, and has recently transitioned into a career in acting.
