Taeyeon ended up unfollowing her official account managed by SM Entertainment.

Following Taeyeon's solo concert in Taipei, Taiwan on June 24th, Taeyeon unfollowed her official account managed by SM Entertainment on Instagram. 

Taeyeon's fans have been carrying out protests against SM Entertainment demanding better promotions and fair treatment of Taeyeon. 

Following the news of Taeyeon's unfollowing, her fans joined her by also unfollowing the official account. Netizens commented on the news: 

"How can SM treat Taeyeon like this? I don't understand."

"I'm thankful that the singer is showing support for her fans supporting her."

"I would have been pissed if my idol was in this sort of situation."
