EXO's comeback MV reportedly postponed after Chen, Xiumin & Baekhyun files to terminate contracts

EXO's comeback has reportedly been postponed.

According to reports on June 1, the filming of EXO's comeback music video has been postponed after Chen, Xiumin, and Baekhyun filed to terminate their contracts from SM Entertainment. EXO were reportedly scheduled to start filming for their comeback MV on June 2, but that's now been delayed. Reports also say the group have already wrapped up filming for another MV.

EXO previously announced they'd be making a comeback as a full group this year to celebrate their 11th anniversary since debut, but that didn't go as planned with Kai's sudden enlistment.

EXO Members can win the lawsuit against SM Dirty Player if they are able to provide proof of the following:

1. Emotional & Mental Abuse - example: the "NO DATE CLAUSE" is against emtoinal and mental health since it was written in the Contract Agreement, it proves that SM is trying to manipulate the Emotion and Health of one person. It is an inhumane act.

2. Emotional Distress - example: no changes with the long hours of work, without any breaks. Use Luhan Case as evidence. There are many solid proofs.

3. Financial Abuse - sudden released of statement after filing a lawsuit.

4. InHumane Treatment - example: EXO lives in a sardine life when they debuted, they were more than 4 people in one bedroom.

I hope EXO had a good Defense Lawyer and solid proofs. The more the better. If any exo stans had proofs, support the EXO members and help them with the evidences like videos behind the scene.
