Comedian Lee Se Young has been found innocent of all sexual harassment charges.

Back in November of 2016, Lee Se Young fired up controversy for her inappropriate kinship involving B1A4, INFINITE, and Block B. Many found her actions highly disturbing and fans took legal actions against Lee Se Young for sexual harassment, despite her apology

On January 4 (KST), the Mapo Police Department announced that Lee Se Young has been cleared of all sexual harassment charges, and explained, "The members of B1A4, INFINITE, and Block B testified that Lee Se Young did not actually touch their private parts." The police then drew the case to a close, as no other forms of definite proof exist.

Lee Se Young's label, FNC Entertainment, also shared, "Lee Se Young has been cleared of all charges. However, she'll refrain from returning to promotions as she is taking time to reflect on a disgraceful incident."

Videos can be misleading sometimes. The recent thing with Wooshin and Somi is a good example of that. I think we should at least give them the benefit of the doubt unless new evidence emerges.

But that video wasn't misleading. It was clearly an accident and butthurt delusional Somi fans decided that it was their obligation to "protect" her by destroying him. This SNL scandal was going on for a long time, they denied it happened until video evidence, and gave out BS apologies. The boys were grabbed by the genitals without their consent, it's clear as day. They didn't even apologize to Infinite and Block B. This industry is super shady and perverted as much as we don't want to admit it.

And the fact that sh's getting off the hook so easy makes it look even shadier. Just imagine if some creep did the exact same thing to Twice or some girl group with video evidence. Then their excuse was "well, we didn't ACTUALLY touch their private parts." I don't think that excuse would work as well.

Well, I'm a Somi fan and that video really does seem like he's touching her both times; that's why I brought it up. People started up a witch hunt in that case just like in this case. However, after both sides denied it, I wasn't as certain what actually happened, just like how I'm not certain now. I'm not saying these women didn't touch the boys, I'm just saying that I don't think we have enough evidence to start up a witch hunt.

Girl...there's no way he did it on purpose. Just ask yourself this question: Why would he grope a celebrity while talking about UP10TION promotions and post it online? It makes zero sense. While he was talking he was using hand gestures, I do that all the time...For this scandal, we have evidence from not one, not two, but THREE videos. The incidents are not similar at all. For this scandal, the guilty don't have to suffer serious consequences. For the Wooshin scandal, the innocent has serious consequences. I mean people are telling him to kill himself and he looks very depressed. The incidents are not similar at all.

You've already decided that Wooshin is innocent and this woman is guilty when both cases have barely any publicly available evidence. Try to let go of your own prejudices and realize that we don't know enough to jump to conclusions.

Please, I'm a girl group stan. In fact, I'd take IOI over UP10TION any day. I put my bias aside, YOU are the one who said you're Somi biased... I looked at both pieces of evidence with an open mind. Clearly,Wooshin may have accidentally touched Somi, but her delusional fans hunted him down. Clearly, these perverted SNL "comedians" (all they ever do is talk about sex on that show) grabbed them by the genitals.

ngl i'm not surprised. you really think these idols are gonna put their whole career on the line for this? It's so ridiculous that they can't actually talk about it but i'm seriously not surprised. B1A4 was already saying they didn't want it to mess with their promotions. like there's nothing else they can do :-((((

Look we don't actually know if she did touch their private area, I'm giving her the benefits of the doubt here. Yes we saw her touching them in the videos but did she REALLY touch their private area? If the idol said she didn't then she probably didn't and we don't know if she actually did because we are not the victims.

You say you accept the police report that there was no touching but then you acknowledge there was touching by saying there were people victimized by her?

Let me clarify. What I'm saying is that yes there were body contact but right in the idols private area? I'm not too sure about that. Second, the idols even said that she didn't touch them in their private area. Like I said I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt here. Sorry if it sounds confusing, english is my second language.

why did they testify that she didn't touch their private part when it is obvious in the videos ? what kind of pressure did the idols got ? or did they pity her ?

The agency decided it was bad press and probably didn't want to get black listed by the network the show is on. They basically bent over backwards for the sake of money.

its about context u stupid bitches. comedians exaggerated fangirling over male idols is NOT sexually harrassing someone dumbass's. someone following u home and saying they're going to rape you over and over is sexual harassment. its obvious none of the idol guys felt sexually violated, therefore the low IQ fans should realize how retard they are and know their place as super dumb.

u should start a movement to press charges on all of them 14 yr old girls who used to rush and feel up beiber. or any time someone jumps into a crowd and the crowd feels them up while passing them around. get to work low IQ's, because there are a TON of sexual harassers out there to press charges on!!!

it was fucking off stage, and jinyoung did say that it caught him and the rest of b1a4 off guard. if you're talking about context, itd be fine if its a part of the skit but theyre doing it continuously off stage and if a male comedian does that to a woman idol you wont be saying the same shit.

so fukkin what it was off stage? it was obvious they were joking around but u all are too low IQ to realize that, and pretend like they were really about to be raped. stupid ass mf'ers. what about ALL of the teeny bopper girls out there who bumrush male celebs and feel them up? u going to crusade against them too? because u should if your low IQ's are serious. lmao @ sexual harassment charges filed by the dumbest people on the planet, not even involved in the incident. losers.

Yea I see what your saying, people are taking it lightly because it was male, but if they were females it would be a different story..

the funny thing is u dont even realize the obvious double standards/differences between men and women in society, which really shows how extremely low IQ u are even saying the reverse situation. anyone with a TINY bit of common sense knows a male doing something sexual to a female is WAY more taboo than a female to a male. just like anything done to a black person is going to get killed by the liberal politically correct crowd more than something directed at any other race. your on jessica stan low IQ levels TBH.

and its always funny how the feminists here always want to pretend exact equality between men and women only where it benefits them. like u know they would be way more outraged if a female were raped by a man than the other way around which is normal. why? because women are more defenseless than men by and large. but u all can't admit this because that would mean it would make u a hypocrite pretending like everything is so equal.

the fukk? how is it "not right" a male perv touching a female is way worse than a female touching a man? it makes perfect sense if u have a brain.

i personally believe that both of them are equally bad. and just because women arent equal to men in terms of physical strength, there are other factors as to why in some cases men arent able to defend themselves, such as positions and jobs and shit. and this is my last reply bc i really dont find this productive, at all. you do you i guess. i wont be able to change your mind and you wont be able to change mine either. and since you've been mentioning low iqs and shit, i'll have u know that my iq is 130; its not especially high, but its higher than the average. I just happen to have an extremely high sense of moral.
