On December 2, the Mapo Police Station in Seoul stated, "The B1A4 members submitted written statements about the events that happened. It's still early in the investigation, and the details of their statements cannot be revealed."
The group's label WM Entertainment also commented, "It's disappointing that B1A4 have to be caught up in this controversy soon after their new album's release. The members want to focus on promoting their new songs."
It's also been revealed that INFINITE and Block B will be questioned by police as well. INFINITE's agency stated they have yet to be called in, but both INFINITE and Block B plan to cooperate with police.
If found guilty, Lee Se Young could be facing 10 years in jail or a fine of 15 million Won (~$12,800 USD).
